The goal of the movement is to send workers into God's harvest field. The workers are sent reaching their world for Jesus and finding more disciples that will do the same.

These groups are equipped by the Holy Spirit to manifest love and the transforming power of God's Spirit into people's lives. The disciple of Jesus, when empowered by the Holy Spirit can fulfill the discipleship mandate of the Great Commission.
